Drinking Water Analysis.
PDC Laboratories specializes in drinking water analysis for communities, municipalities, non-transient non-community water supplies, industry and private individuals. We also provide analysis for bottled waters and other purified water sources.

We have an excellent reputation for service with water supply operators and can help clients ensure compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SWDA).

Lori is a graduate of Augustana College with over 10 years of experience in drinking water compliance management, 17 years of lab experience and is a member of the American Water Works Association. She is prepared to answer your questions.

For assistance with Non-Community/Non-Transient drinking water and bacteriology analysis, contact Julie Rada at our Peoria, Ill., facility.


Julie is a graduate of Bradley University and has over six years of environmental laboratory experience. Julie works with IDPH water operators. She is also responsible for day-to-day section operations in the bacteriology laboratory.

Solid Waste Analysis and Treatability.
For clients seeking permits to dispose of solid waste or hazardous waste in landfills, PDC provides complete analytical services. We can interpret the data and work directly with your permit reviewers.

Our lab routinely performs bench-scale treatment studies for hazardous waste, solid waste, contaminated soils and wastewater. We can also perform solidification studies.

Wastewater Analysis.
PDC Laboratories provides wastewater testing for NPDES compliance, pretreatment monitoring and stormwater monitoring. We can also assist you with DMR completion and sample collection.

Elaine has more than 15 years of practical analytical experience, and she works with a wide variety of customers, predominately in the industrial sector.

Ms. Clutters has an Associates Degree in Arts and Science from Illinois Central College. Janet's current responsibilities include working with municipal wastewater accounts. She also has extensive experience in the Wet Chemistry Department.

Groundwater Monitoring.
We have over 20 years of experience analyzing groundwater samples from RCRA Subtitle D Landfills, RCRA Part B hazardous waste landfills, lagoons, spill sites and industrial properties. We have the experience to reduce overall costs through enhanced services. To ensure data modeling accuracy, our project managers review all groundwater test results from a historical perspective.

We perform the biosolids testing required for USEPA Part 503 Land Application regulations, water treatment plant sludges and other routine or special monitoring.

Transformer Oil Maintenance Analysis.
PDC Laboratories, St. Louis has been providing transformer oil analysis to industries and utilities throughout the United States for 30 years. We will perform Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) and ASTM Oil Quality for preventive maintenance of your transformers. Field Service and Sampling.
Our sampling technicians routinely perform groundwater field and wastewater sampling services using a wide range of techniques, including lowflow, micropurge, traditional bailing and submersible pumps.

Equipped with 4-wheel-drive vehicles and ATVs, our sampling crews can access sites in most locations and conditions. Crew members are experienced with 40-hour HAZWOPER training, laboratory technique and record-keeping skills to ensure laboratory-quality field samples and records.
